The beginning of the advice journey is typically through word of mouth recommendation from an existing client, however whether you’ve been recommended to talk to us or found us via Google it will involve an initial email exchange or phone call about the nature of your enquiry.
The first step is a Initial Consultation Meeting, a no obligation, complimentary meeting in which we will meet either virtually via Zoom, MS Teams or any other video conferencing platform of your choice. If preferred we can meet in person at your home or our offices, with convenience, timing and location being duly considered.
Shortly after the meeting you will receive notes from our discussions, together with a formal quotation and invoice for your consideration.
Should you wish to engage Portcullis Wealth Retention Ltd then we will need you to sign and return our fee agreement and invoice.
Typically, we ask for 50% of the invoice to be paid on account at this point.
The next step will be to take your formal instructions and follow up with a draft copy of the documentation for your consideration and approval.
Depending upon your feedback we will then make any alterations or amendments as directed by you.
A further draft, now revised, will then need to be approved by you.
Assuming all is well with the amended draft, original documentation will then be dispatched for you to sign.
We will provide clear instructions on the documents indicating wherever a signature is required. Including those for witnesses.
The final signed document will then be forwarded to the appropriate institution for implementation, storage or registration.
At this final stage in the process the balance of any pre agreed fee is now invoiced and payment is due.
